Abstract

Germ cell cyst is the most common ovarian cyst of reproductive age group, however, endometrioma is diagnosed in pregnancy with an incidence of 3%.1 Here by we are discussing a case of Gravida 3 Abortion 2 at 32 weeks & 4 days of gestation with monochorionic diamniotic twins with noncephalic presentation with haemoperitoneum due to asymptomatic ruptured endometriotic cyst. The patient was taken for emergency lower segment caesarean section. Endometrioma in pregnancy is not uncommon, early diagnosis and management in early second trimester can lead to favourable pregnancy outcome.
