Abstract

We report a case of successful term pregnancy in an extremely rare Mullerian anomaly. After thorough review of limited available literature with respect of uterine, cervical, and vaginal morphological characteristics and pregnancy outcome; we considered ‘bicorporeal septate uterus, double normal cervix and longitudinal non-obstructing vaginal septum’ as the most appropriate diagnosis according to the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology/European Society for Gynaecological Endoscopy (ESHRE/ESGE) classification system.
