A TYPICAL PRESENTATION OF PLACENTA ACCRETA SYNDROME- A CASE REPORT

Abstract
Placenta accreta syndrome does not have any specific signs and symptoms except for the associated bleeding per vagina. The diagnosis is generally made on ultrasound. Placenta percreta presenting with acute abdomen and haemorrhagic shock due to 2 associated uterine rupture and haemoperitoneum has been reported. The uniqueness of this case is placenta accrete presenting as haemoperitoneum with haemorrhagic shock and live viable foetus.
