Ruptured Cerebral Aneurysm in Second Trimester of Pregnancy: A Rarely Reported Entity

Abstract
It has been estimated that 1.8% of women of childbearing age (16 to 44 years) develop intracranial aneurysms, most commonly in internal carotid artery. Rupture of intracranial aneurysms occur in the range of 1 to 10 per 100,000 pregnancies. This case had very unusual presentation with good fetomaternal outcome.
