Abstract

Abstract

Mature cystic teratoma of ovary is a benign germ cell tumour. It is rare to have malignant transformation in such tumours and occurs in approximately 2% of the cases. There is lack of sufficient data regarding characteristics of these tumours, though there are few case reports which throw some light on this transformation. We present a case of a 60 year old woman with characteristic findings on computed tomography (CT)
