Abstract

Abstract

A case of multiple vesicle fistulae (two in number) with vesicle calculus following abdominal hysterectomy is reported. The case presented with continuous dribbling of urine since eight days post-surgery, a year back. Speculum examination and methylene blue instillation confirmed the diagnosis. Patient underwent removal of calculus and repair of fistulae through vaginal route. Postoperative period was uneventful.
