Vulva is the site of differentiation of both epidermal and mesenchymal tissue. Therefore, it is quite possible for tumours of varied histology to develop in this region. Clinical diagnosis and MRI are often inconclusive. Final diagnosis can be made only by histopathological findings. We present a case of vulval lesion with co-existing leiomyoma and gartner's duct cyst.
